Kate and Richard came from New Zealand to celebrate their Italian wedding on Lake Como. It was a real pleasure getting back to all their questions before they booked and meet them on their wedding to helping them for all. They had been on Lake Como before so they knew the area a little. They wanted to get married on Lake Como because they fell in love with the landscape scenery, old villas, cobbled streets on this wonderful area area…
We are back to Lake Maggiore! While wedding season has really started I would like to tell you about a wonderful wedding we planner last September in Baveno at stunning Grand Hotel Dino. A wonderful couple, wonderful weather and stunning photos! Debbie and Rowan come from Australia but they are not Australian
As you can imagine we are really into the season so we thought that a good weekly summary of our weddings could be something nice to post! We hope you all love them! Week end started with a wonderful German couple: Christin and Gerd. They love Italian Lakes and they were so undecided about which one to choose. Last year they had 15 days holidays on our lakes to tour them all and they finally choose Lake Orta!
We had some lovely weddings in the last few days and more to come in June! But just to do a little summary here you can find some great shots and some lovely stories. Valentina planned a couple of lovely weddings on Lake Orta. First one was for Saoirse and Declan’s wedding. They had a lovely pink themed wedding with catholic ceremony in Maria Assunta Church with reception to follow at Ustaria Ca dal Rat. An intimate group but they had a lot of fun… a wonderful group coming from Northern Ireland!
Carlo Guido Conti is a photographer based in Milan. We met him a couple of years ago in occasion of unforgettable Nicky and Chris’ wedding in Pallanza. Since then RPS Wedding Photography, Carlo Giudo Conti’s studio, grew up and become one of the best wedding photography studio on Lake District. Have a look to wedding reportage he did at Villa d’Este for Cat and Reza’s wedding. Or you can also see the shots he took for Kiki and Goerg at Locarno…

It could be too much but simply add accents of purple in all its shades, from deep purple to lilac, wisteria lilac, mauve, prune and also reaching delicate pink. A touch of white or ivory could be also a good idea to blend the touches of colors and show the mysterious elegance of purple. For a purple themed wedding…
