Month has just finished saw out Team working for many weddings all over Italy: Lake Como, Lake Garda, Lake Orta, Lake Maggiore, Puglia, Rome and Piemonte Countryside.
We can’t wait to tell you about them and show wonderful wedding photos our photographers took for them.
And summer is not finished yet… we still have some months for some more weddings to go!
A wonderful Summer for great weddings in Italy
We open the month with Vadim and Caitlin’s wedding on Lake Maggiore on July 1st, Valentina followed it for Italian Lakes Wedding.
Caitlin is American and Vadim is Russian living in USA too. They decided to tie the knot with a romantic symbolic blessing in the grounds of a lovely garden of an hotel in Stresa. Guests and bride to follow arrived by boat for a happy and joyful ceremony. Right after the ceremony we planned for them a wonderful aperitif in the gardens of Isola Bella, an amazing scenario among ancient statues, botanic plants, fountains and peacocks. Reception to follow was planned on Pescatori Island they reached right after the aperitif on Isola Bella. A romantic dinner under the stars with lot of dances and fun.

We start from the South with a wedding followed by Michela and Michela: Tara and Marc’s day in Apulia.
A wonderful outdoor symbolic blessing in the grounds of a 1700 villa by Monopoli village.
Ceremony was accompanied by the sound of a violin on a terrace overlooking a botanic garden.
A long table under a pergola with decorations and flowers lavender and lanterns.
After the meal fireworks and wedding cake to close a wonderful day in Apulia.

On the same day Stefania followed Jessica and Gabriel’s Jewish wedding in Rome. A wonderful ceremony in Great Synagogue of Rome with a wonderful reception in Villa Miani, one of the most beautiful villas in Rome with amazing view over Rome skyline.
Decorations were in the theme of Pink and White. Party was great with live music and a lot of dances up to late at night!

Again on the same day Valentina followed Cristina and Andrea’s wedding. This even was really dear to her as Andrea is actually Paola’s brother. Do you remember about wonderful Paola and Gianluca’s wedding featured on our Italian Country Wedding site? Well after many years Andrea decided to tie the knot in Piemonte countryside and ask Valentina to be his planner. What a great reward!
Cristina and Andrea had a wonderful Roman Catholic ceremony in the Church of Santuario di Cussanio just by Alba and Bra village in Langhe – Piemonte Countryside.
For their gourmand reception they choose a wonderful venue overlooking vines of Langhe where all tasted amazing food and wines of the territory.

On July 4th Alessandra and Veronica followed Michelle and Matthew’s intimate wedding on Lake Como. Before the wedding a boat trip was planned for all with aperitif on board.
Symbolic ceremony was held at Villa del Balbianello with an aperitif to follow. An harpist played for the group in the background. Very poetic.
Reception was then planned in a restaurant overlooking the lake and all guests had a lot of fun with garden games and Photo Booth.

On July 9th Michela and Emanuela followed Larissa-Kate and Dimitri’s wedding in Apulia.
A big group for a Greek Orthodox ceremony overlooking the sea in Salento area just close to Santa Maria di Leuca.
A wonderful sunset for a magic moment. The ceremony was accompanied by a bouzouki (a traditional Greek musical instrument).
A total white event for Larissa Kate and her bridesmaids. A bit unusual for bridesmaids but very chic and refined.
Flowers matched white style on long tables with phalenopsis orchids and hydrangeas.
Fireworks over the sea closed the reception and dances to follow entertained guests up to very late at night.

On July 12 Alessandra and Veronica followed Marnie and Douglas’ wedding on Lake Como.
A small elope for bride and groom and their kids at Villa d’Este.
A pretty ceremony in the mosaic garden with some great wedding photos to follow in the villa and a luxury boat for their trip on Lake Como. Very intimate and romantic for sure.

On the same day another elope for Valentina and her Team.
A very unusual elope for Jennifer and Rowan in right in the heart of Monferrato – Piemonte Countryside. Jennifer and Rowan pronounce their vows in a wheat field overlooking Piemonte Countryside hills. It was just Jennifer’s dream and we have been happy to make it true.
Amazing photos in the meadow and an intimate meal in a Medieval castle in Monferrato.

On July 14th another wedding for Valentina and her Team: another elope for Lucinda and Sean.
Lucinda and Sean traveled to Italy from Australia and tied the knot at Villa Bossi on Lake Orta.
At the ceremony only their two small children were present with the help of a great baby sitter we provided.
After the ceremony they had a lovely boa trip with stop to St. Julius Island and a romantic dinner to follow at Ustaria Ca dal Rat. We love elopes! So romantic

After few days, on July 17th Valentina and her Team followed another event on Lake Orta: Laura and Brian’s wedding. We planned for them a Roman Catholic ceremony in the church of Assunta in Orta village.
After the ceremony they had a lovely toast in Orta main square and after some wonderful wedding photos on St Julius island they reached Ustaria Ca dal Rat for the reception.
Wedding reception venue was great! it was arranged with a long table for all 30 guests, fairy lights and romantic flowers and candles. A fantastic day by Lake Orta shores.

A long table for all guests with many flowers embellished wedding reception and as first dance bride and groom chose a Waltz! So romantic… Villa del Balbianello is always a great wedding venue for dreamy weddings!

Katiuscia followed lovely Antonia and Peter’s wedding on Lake Garda on 26th July!
A legal civil ceremony on Isola del Garda with a romantic boat trip to follow to reach a restaurant in Bardolino just on Lake Garda shores.
Lake Garda could not miss for this July and weddings on Isola del Garda are always so romantic!!

On 28th July Valentina followed another wedding on Lake Orta: Joanne and John
Civil ceremony was held at Villa Bossi and wonderful bride reached it by boat as tradition wants.
After the ceremony and a toast in Orta main square bride and groom got to St. Julius Island for amazing photos while guests wait for them at Ustaria Ca dal Rat. It was decorated in the shades of purple and lilac with flowers designed by La Piccola Selva Floral Designer and Stationary designed by our designer.
Party was great with a live 6 elements band who played pop and rock music for all to dance.
A great night and wedding party for sure!

As very final event of the month Valentina followed Nicol and Matt’s wedding on Lake Orta on 31st July. Nicol and Matt tied the knot at Villa Bossi in its wonderful garden with an outdoor legal civil ceremony. Reception was planned to follow at Ustaria Ca dal Rat where Nicol planned many little details: romantic pink and white flowers, romantic pink and white stationary studied by our designer, many photos to hang, a Polaroid corner and Limoncello bottles and Piemonte chocolates as wedding favours. A great party for all!
