The newest colour for 2008 weddings is yellow!
Yellow made a big splash on the runways for the 2008 bridal collections, so expect to see plenty of it in the coming months.
Yellow makes a great addition to a daytime wedding, and can easily blend with darker colours for an evening affair.
Yellow also plays well with white, so don’t be shy about dressing up your dress with a little yellow maybe in your bridal bouquet made up by some beautiful flowers of the lake.

Yellow is the color of sunshine and brings feelings of warmth and happiness to those who view it or wear it.
When used alone, yellow makes an impact, when used as an accent; it compliments many other colors very nicely.
Pale yellows are great for spring weddings, lemon yellows give a citrus punch to summer weddings and deep mustards are beautiful for fall and winter weddings.

This year, orange was the trendy wedding colour, too and it will continue surely into 2008. From creamy peaches and bright citrus hues to darker tangerines and burnt sienna - colors in the orange family all compliment yellow.
Yellows and Oranges look fabulous together; they complement each other nicely, and make an impact when used collectively.
